The GDCDESIGN & CONSTRUCTION LLC has successfully designed a multifunctional building at the entrance to Rustavi city, at the beginning of the development zone. Further architectural development of the mentioned area required the design of a building that would combine originality and usefulness and fit this synthesis into the landscape. The project fifteen-storey building has an underground parking, designed for 42 cars. On the ground floor there is a parking for 39 cars and a commercial space of 354.44 m2; a household sink is also provided. The remaining floors are allocated for residential space – single-room, two-room and three-room apartments. For the implementation of this project, GEOSILKROAD has already obtained a construction permit from the authorized administrative bodies, and the partner construction company has already started the corresponding works.
